There is a wilderness out there beyond those walls but stories of monsters that rip you apart keep us safely within those walls. Love, life and everything in between.
We can start by taking a deep breath in and living every moment in gratitude and love, they don’t cost money. We all have 24 hours in a day but there is no guarantee that we will live to see it through so let’s live every moment knowing that the next one might not come. Not by jumping off a cliff, you can if you want to but that would be in the step to ensuring that it is indeed our last moment, but by letting, the ones closest to us know how much we love them and appreciate them.
Lastly but most importantly to look into the mirror and tell ourselves how much we love ourselves, how thankful we are for the gift of life and the journey we have been on and make a promise to ourselves to live to our fullest forever more.

It begs the question what other beliefs are still tethering us to the ground?
Extracting the essence of humanity
